Health Routine is a health products company serving German-speaking markets with a focus on developing effective and natural health products. The company has grown substantially, currently employing close to 40 employees and generating multiple 8-figures in annual revenue. As a mature company operating at significant scale, Health Routine requires sophisticated attribution solutions to manage their complex marketing operations across multiple channels and teams.

Challenges & Problems

Before implementing adtribute, Health Routine extensively tested many attribution tools available on the market, including Triple Whale, Hyros, Tracify, and various other national and international solutions. Despite this comprehensive evaluation, they consistently encountered the same fundamental limitation across all platforms.

The primary issue was the inflexibility of existing attribution tools and no possibility to customize metrics and reports. While these platforms offered basic customization options like different attribution models, they were essentially fixed systems that couldn’t be tailored to Health Routine’s specific business needs and unique customer journey.

One problem that we saw with pretty much any other attribution tool is that they are very fixed in place so you can’t really customize a lot. Of course you can choose different attribution models or whatever. But apart from that, they are pretty much built in place. So, there’s no opportunity to customize them to your needs.

Solution with adtribute

Health Routine chose adtribute approximately two years ago and has committed to continuing with the platform for years to come. The decision was based on two critical factors: superior tracking quality and extensive customization capabilities backed by exceptional support that other tools couldn’t match.

We ended up with adtribute for approximately two years now and a few years forward as well because we have a lot of opportunities to customize the tool as we need it and we also found the best tracking quality in adtribute compared to all the other tools.

Felix highlights the possibility for customization in combination with the responsive support. Health Routine has access to a dedicated Slack channel for direct communication, ensuring rapid response times for issues and customizations.

What I really like is that the team is very responsive. So, we have our own dedicated Slack channel with the team where we can always ask questions and get very fast replies. And they are also very fast with fixing all issues that might arise or any customization that comes up.

This level of personalized support was unprecedented in Felix’s experience with attribution tools.

That’s one thing that I haven’t seen with any other tool is the level of support that you get from the team.

Outcome & Results

The implementation of adtribute has enabled Health Routine to create customized attribution models and reports that align with their specific business needs. With over 30 custom reports and more than 45 invited dashboard users across the marketing team (100% adoption) and external partners, adtribute has become an integral part for Health Routine’s marketing success.

What we really enjoy and what we can now work with is that we have numbers that are adjusted to our needs. So, we have customized attribution models, we have customized reports. And the great thing is that pretty much all of our marketing sub teams are using adtribute now, which was not the case before (with other tools).

The platform’s customization capabilities have solved a significant organizational challenge. Previously, only a few team members could effectively use their attribution tools because they weren’t tailored to different departments’ needs. Now, each marketing sub-department has access to channel-specific reports that provide exactly the insights they need.

And for every channel, we have a different report that each team uses. And we haven’t really had that with any other tools. Back in the days, there were just a few people using the tool because the other ones couldn’t really navigate it because it wasn’t customized to their needs. So, now everyone can see exactly what he or she needs.
