About Momento

Momento is a German acoustic panels brand and manufacturer operating at significant scale, processing approximately 130,000 orders annually with a team of 90 employees. Their high-AOV products and multi-channel strategy create complex customer journeys that demand sophisticated tracking, attribution and business intelligence. Challenges & Problems

When Nico joined as CMO, Momento was struggling with fundamental data visibility issues. The company relied primarily on platform attribution without any comprehensive business intelligence metrics, leaving them without a complete picture of their marketing performance.

We were mostly doing platform attribution and everything, no BI metrics, just… Not guessing, but yeah, not having the whole truth in one point at least.

The attribution landscape was chaotic, with each platform providing different numbers and no way to reconcile the data into a coherent view. This created multiple critical problems for the business.

Problems usually are you don’t know what are you spending exactly without going into all the different accounts. Attribution is a complete mess because every platform says something and you don’t even know the whole picture.
